Hi All, every Saturday starting this Saturday, the 9th, we are introducing a new range of cheese breads like: cheese n onion, cheese n cracked pepper, cheese n bacon, cheese n roasted pumpkin, cheese rolls, cheese n onion sourdough, caramelised onion & pepperoni pizzas, fruit buns iced with toasted coconut, custard delights iced with toasted almonds, and choc & coffee cream filled doughnuts.

Well it was a day of mixed emotions, today was Yasmins last day of “showing us the ropes” She has been the face of Glen Forrest Bakery for 17 years, the last 14 to 15 years Yasmin has worked those on her own as a extraordinary mother, bakery owner and amazing bakery queen, smashing out Devine breads, pies, slices and cakes. She has been the best boss to ALL who have had the privilege of working with/for her. Always calm and collected and a fabulous sense of humour, kind and generous and always sharing her knowledge of of baking. Eventhough there is always a great crew behind every flourishing business, there is an amazing leader who leads them to becoming a great team, and that is Yasmin Deer!
As they say behind a closing door, there is one opening to amazing opportunities, possibilities and adventures, we wish Yasmin all the very best for her new future and both Yaz and Van will always be VIPS at the bakery.
