On Friday, I celebrated my last day at Zetta with my incredible team. The last two years have been so fulfilling and rewarding. I could have not asked for a better team and most importantly the best manager. Thank you Andrew Speirs for everything you have done for me.

I’m excited for the next chapter in my life. Saying goodbye to the corporate world 🌎 and hello to full time baker 👩‍🍳.

Nothing brings me more (apart from my family) joy than baking my authentic Pastel de Nata (Portuguese custard tarts).

We will be opening our first stall at the Fremantle Markets on the 3rd of November.

We are so excited for this new adventure and hope to see you all at the Fremantle Markets soon!

Taking a moment to appreciate our delicious Maslasadas… 🤤😍

These donuts have a slight crisp to their exterior contrasted by a soft, doughy crumb.

Traditionally rolled in sugar or cinnamon sugar, and equally as delicious with our range of fillings.

💙 Cinnamon Sugar: covered with a blend of cinnamon and sugar.

💙 Nutella: filled with Nutella then covered with cinnamon and sugar, topped off with a Ferrero Rocher.
