✨ Layer 2 — Soft, luxurious ladyfingers generously soaked in premium Godiva chocolate
✨ Layer 3 — Golden, crispy kataifi folded through luscious, creamy pistachio spread
✨ Layer 4 — Silky-smooth pistachio mascarpone cream, rich and heavenly

And then… we repeat these indulgent layers, building one irresistible bite after another. 🤤💚
And then… we keep repeating those delicious layers! 🤤💚

To finish it all off… a generous pour of dark chocolate fondue and even MORE pistachio spread. 🍫💚

For serious chocolate lovers. 🤎

These cookies are made with two premium dark couvertures — Cacao Barry Extra Bitter 64% and Cioccolato Martini 54% — creating a deep, layered chocolate flavour without being overly sweet.

Expect a rich, light-textured, crumbly cookie, topped with roasted almonds for an extra crunchy, nutty 🤤, with generous pockets of real dark chocolate in every bite.

✨ Why couverture chocolate?
Couverture is premium chocolate made with a higher proportion of cocoa butter, giving it a smoother melt, richer flavour and beautiful chocolate finish. It’s the kind of chocolate that lets you taste the cocoa — not just sweetness.

I really appreciate you sharing your thoughts about the spice flavour. I normally keep the spice a little milder because most of my customers, especially the kids, tend to prefer a gentler flavour. I also like to let the buttery flavour shine through as well. 🧈✨

But I’d be more than happy to add a little extra spice for you next time, so it’s just the way you and your mum like it! 😊

My Egg Story 🥚😂

On Monday, I decided to buy eggs myself. Usually, I ask my hubby to get them for me. 😆

So there I was, pushing my shopping trolley… FULL of eggs! 🛒🥚🥚🥚

One by one, people started walking past me and looking 👀 at my trolley. I felt so embarrassed 🙈 and started thinking, “Oh my goodness… do I look greedy?” 😂

But honestly, I had no choice! I needed all those eggs for my baking. 🧁🍰

When I got home, I told my hubby how embarrassed I felt with everyone staring at my egg-filled trolley.

He looked at me and said…

“Now you know how I feel.” 🤭😂
