With roughly only 2 weeks to go until our kidding season starts, we have been keeping a close eye on bellies, udders and ligaments.

As we let Strider run with the girls for a few weeks (as 4 of the does' had not been joined to him previously) we do not have set due dates.
We also, at this stage, are not 100% sure if Cookie and Effie are in kid at all. I'd love to know what you all think!

Below I've posted the girls in what I think will be kidding order, but we'll see what happens!

The AABMGS Hawkesbury Show is done & dusted and what a great success it was!

We are currently on the road heading to the FIRST EVER Hawkesbury AABMGS show!
We are only taking 5 goats down ourselves (as I'll be stewarding all day tomorrow) but have over 50 goats entered!
It is therefore already a wonderful success before it's even started!

Strider has been busy 'helping' us with the water runs.

With all our tanks and dams now dry, these water runs are becoming an every other day occurrence.
If anyone has any tips for how to prevent 40 odd kangaroos drinking out of the goat and horse troughs I would love to hear them! 🤦‍♀️
