Buttercups n Cakes Welcome to Buttercups n Cakes, where passion and premium ingredients come together to create custom cakes for weddings, birthdays, and all occasions.

Our stunning, delicious creations are designed to make your special moments truly unforgettable. Please see below the Terms and Conditions of our agreement. Deposit Information
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% (via bank transfer/ PayID /cash) is required within three (03) days of the invoice date to confirm your booking.
• No order will commence until a deposit has been paid & received. Payment

Information
• The final balance payment is due two (02) days prior to the cake collection date.
• Any changes to the cake design, size, colour, flavour or toppings will have to be advised at least 72 hours (03 days) prior to pick-up date. Any request for changes after this timeline will not be accepted. Cancellation Policy
Due to any unforeseen circumstance where you need to cancel your booking, please let me know as soon as you can.

- More than 7 days prior to pick up date : The deposit fee is forfeited and outstanding balance (if any) toward decoration supplies (such as cake toppers, edible images and flowers) will be due and payable.

- Less than 7 days prior to pick up date : Full invoice amount is payable.

**Additional COVID Clause**
In the unfortunate scenario of any COVID related incidents wherein you need to postpone or reschedule to another date

- More than 7 days prior to pick up date : Yes, I will be happy to reschedule and credit your deposit fee to another date within six months of the original event date with no penalty charges.

- Less than 7 days prior to pick up date : Request to reschedule will not be an option at this late stage and your cake will need to be collected or delivery arranged. Please be mindful, many hours go into the creation of a cake. I thank you for taking the time to review and accepting these terms and conditions through your purchase and look forward to assisting you with your upcoming celebration.
