It's not often I get to have toppers or figurines coming out of a cake...but this time it could due to the Monster Truck theme I've been hanging to do!

This was a 3 layer 8 inch chocolate cake with caramel filling. The toppers were monster trucks, fondant wheels and of course cake dirt and Oreo crumb. An electric purple ganache drip brought it all together against a black cake exterior.

Black and gold never goes out of style - especially when a third colour is added. In this case - purple.

Over the years, I have made many teacher gifts that go out to the students many of us teach. These are the ones I made for Year 12 graduation for a few schools. I used the school colours for the cupcakes which have a cookie on top. The subjects were Sociology and Maths Methods. The VCD ones were for a smaller class of Vis Comm students and were also in school colours but gave each student a cookie in something they were really into.

If you want to be able to gift any students cookies, or even teachers, please let me know a month earlier - though the earlier the better for Grads so August would be the best time. If I get too many orders I will only be able to fulfill so many - and I have my own year 12 class that I will be making something for in early October.

Also, I cater to halal using non alcoholic vanilla. And no nuts in anything I make.

If you're a parent who wants a teacher gift, these are a great option to!

Happy birthday to me, Toni the little lass who is behind this business 🎉🎉🎉

41 and loving life.

I especially love being part of all your life milestones - all the birthdays, the baby showers, the weddings, childcare brownies and cookies, the teacher gifts and student gifts - so many of my amazing colleagues purchase off me with their hard earned money to gift their students cookies, cupcakes and more. It's so lovely. (Yes all my students get to try my goods too - I teach food technology, humanities and literacy to high schoolers).

But more than anything, thank you for supporting me. For always coming back when you want to make sure your littles ones have that epic cake. When you're getting married, and trusting in me to wow your guests - in design and flavour. It is always appreciated and I always go above and beyond. Even if it means adding that little extra just because - I take pride in everything I make and am always striving for new ideas, flavours and themes.

This cake was an espresso cake with an espresso icing. I'm totally adding it in as a new flavour. Sooo good!!!! This was just for my family to enjoy, but I did take it in to work and it was devoured. The coffee beans aren't coffee - they're CHOCOLATE!!!

Thank you so much for loving what I do. You keep me busy and keep my creativity alive.
