My recipes have been passed down three generations from my grandfather in Italy, a well known Pasticciere who was well known for his love of all things sweet! The most important thing he taught me was, “to bake with my heart, create with passion and desire perfection.” These words will stay with me forever. Today I walk in his foot steps and do all that I can to keep his passion for all things sweet alive.
