Monsters Inc. Theme for Isaac’s 6th Birthday

One of my favourite Pixar movies ever for one of my favourite customers ever so I just couldn't resist saying yes to this one even though it was due less than 72 hours after arriving home from Europe 🫣
On the plus side, the jet lag was so real that it meant staying up well past what should have been my bed time was a breeze 🤪
Just as well as those little teeny tiny doors were a labour of love....

I have been seeing these popular style desserts all across my social media platforms for quite some time now.

As our time overseas draws to a close I decided to make sure I tick as many items off my bucket list as I could so I made it my mission to visit Blooms Cafe in Dublin
This beautiful dessert cafe did not disappoint!

We each ordered a trompe-l'œil dessert; I chose the Strawberry, my husband chose the Mango. All I can say is wow 🤩
Crisp crackly chocolate shell encasing creamy mouse and a delicious fruit filling bursting with freshness. We both enjoyed them so much we then shared the Raspberry which was equally delicious
The cafe itself was lovely; although busy we found a table downstairs straightaway, the coffee was also 👌
