Yes, we’re so back. This Sunday find our bakers on the tools grilling up sausages from Anna-Micaiah Fairlight Hubbard butcher for our annual Fathers Day BBQ 👏🥐

Our signature flaky croissant dough bun filled with caramelised onion and your choice of a Beef & Vegemite or Pork, Apple & Fig sausage. How wonderful. 👏

A pastry brought to the bench 8 years ago, back for a good time not a long time.

Rollers croissant dough (originally charcoal & classic) coated in banana, cinnamon and cardamom sugar, glazed with spiced icing and finished with crushed roasted pecans - fancy new addition. Almost the same recipe from 2018. 🥐
