Petit four showcasing the ANTIPODEAN Calypso Collection , a sense of summer that feels instinctive.

Inspired by fresh tropical flavours, the dessert embraces a palette of rose and pink: white chocolate mud cake layered with strawberry, rose and lemon mousse, red berry gel, strawberry veil jelly and delicate strawberry carpaccio.

A delightful little finger bite, created to complement the collection’s effortless summer spirit.

Last Saturday was something special!

Our very first POP-UP in the new studio SOLD OUT in less than an hour! 🥹🤍

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, supported us, and made the day so special. The team and I absolutely loved serving up all the good treats for you!

Of course, we were devastated to run out so quickly, and we know many of you missed out. But don’t worry… stay tuned! 👀
