For the next week-
A LITTLE UPDATE FROM LIL’S
As we’ll be at World Time Attack on the 4th & 5th of September supporting my husband, I’ll be smashing out all your preorders and baking VERY early in the mornings so I can still have the cart fully stocked for you all on these days
Because it’s going to be a very busy week, from 3rd-6th September I unfortunately won’t be able to take orders from the Multiple Meals Menu.
During these dates, you’ll only be able to pre-order from the Daily Meals Menu.
This also means that unfortunately, Father’s Day won’t have a special menu ... it will simply be whatever the Meal of the Day is that day.
BUT... there will be LOTS of sweets available to pick up for Dad, so you can still spoil him with something delicious!

Unfortunately, our little bakery cart had a bit of a tumble in the wild weather over the weekend. But Mr Lil’s was straight into action, getting everything sorted so we can keep doing what we love bringing you all your fresh baked treats! 🥐🍞❤️

Our cart has now moved to the **opposite side of the driveway**

We also have a **dedicated parking bay in the next driveway** for all our beautiful customers. Please feel free to park there when popping in to grab your goodies!

Thank you as always for your patience, support and love for our little roadside bakery. 🥹❤️

This week’s menu 🍝

Firstly, thank you. The support from this beautiful community has been more than I ever imagined, and I’m so grateful for every single order, kind message, and visit to the cart. 🤍

As the bakery continues to grow, I’ve been spending more and more time on my phone throughout the day trying to keep up with messages, same day hold requests, and order changes. While I’m incredibly thankful for the demand, it’s taking me away from what I love most… baking, cooking, and keeping the shelves full.

To help make things run more smoothly, all pre-orders will now need to be placed at least 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to hold meals or take pre-orders on the day.

I’ll still be cooking extra meals for the dinner fridge each day, so if you’re planning to stop by, there will always be something available. I’ll also continue updating my stories as items sell out.

From 2:00pm each afternoon, I’ll be catching up on messages and confirming orders for the following day. This means I can spend my mornings and early afternoons in the kitchen where I need to be, instead of on my phone. Thank you so much for understanding and helping me create a better balance.

Selling out by 11:30am on a weekend might sound exciting, but my goal is to have full shelves and plenty of choice for everyone who visits throughout the day. Better planning means I can bake more, cook more, and hopefully make sure no one misses out.

As fulfilling as being a stay-at-home mum has been over the past four years, this little bakery cart has reignited my love of cooking for the community. Catering has always been my passion, and I feel so lucky that I can now do what I love while still having my beautiful kids by my side.

Please note: This week’s lasagnas will be available on Sunday.
