I really enjoyed making this cake—it was so free and fun to pipe the decorations, a bit wild and chaotic, but actually “chaos with structure.”

Gluten-Free Almond Orange Cake

This cake is beautifully moist, and refreshing—not overly sweet, with a natural citrus aroma. It’s made entirely without flour, using almond meal, whole orange flesh, and zest for a rich yet clean flavour.

All the orange slices, grapefruit slices, lemon slices, and apple slices are carefully hand-cut and slowly dehydrated. Surprisingly delicious on their own, they can also be steeped in water for a naturally infused drink—nothing goes to waste.

With every bite, a bright, fresh citrus fragrance gently lingers in your mouth 🍋‍🟩🍊 I absolutely love it 😍

🎂✨ New Creation — Whimsical Dreamy Storybook Cake

This time I created a magical two-tier cake 🌈
8-inch + 6-inch, serving around 40 people. A rich chocolate mud cake made with high-quality tempered chocolate 🍫

As requested by the client, the cream layer was kept to an absolute minimum — so you can truly taste the pure, rich flavour of the chocolate cake itself.

Featuring bold, high-saturation colours, combined with a watercolor collage style and raised 3D elements, the whole cake looks like it stepped right out of a storybook ✨

It almost feels like you can hear the tropical rainforest coming alive — birds singing, monkeys playing, rain falling, insects buzzing… can you hear that? 🌴🐦🐒🌧️🪲🦗🌈🐆🐸🐊🦁🐭🐯🐰🐞🐍🐷🦩🦈🐱🦚🦜
