I fear I may turn into a cold foam but how beautiful is this ☀️🌊🌲

First holiday in a couple of years.. since Ziggy was a newborn 🥹 and honestly feel so restored, after working some time in my cookie cave this vitamin D, salty air and natural beauties 🌊are very much appreciated.. also pretty much consumed all cold foams in Kingscliff, will go on a detox eventually but for now they did not disappoint.

Before I recently closed my online store I was predominantly a cookie business, selling our most popular NYC Chunk cookies all around Australia and in our brick & mortar retail store in 📍 Hawthorn, VIC.

I’m taking on a custom job for a customer this weekend and it got me thinking.. (also as the name suggests) cakes is where it all began for me and my business 🎂 and we made a few epic ones over the years 💕

Did you ever receive a cake from us? And who remembers the ever so popular “illusion cake” trend back in the day?!

Definitely my current hyperfixation for Spring 🌸🍯🐝

Coffee:
1-2 TBS honey
2 shots espresso
Pinch sea salt

1 cup milk over 🧊

Cold foam:
3 TBS thickened cream
1tsp vanilla
1tsp honey
Pinch sea salt 
Drizzled with Capilano Honey 🍯

Cups: Chef's Hat

One pan browned butter S’mores skillet 🍳🍪

125g unsalted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup caster sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups plain flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips
Handful of marshmallows
Dollar Sweets S’MORES sprinkles
Chocolate fudge sauce

🍪 Brown butter in skillet until colour darkens and nutty aroma can be smelt.
🍪 Add sugars, egg and vanilla and whisk till combined.
🍪 Add flour, salt & baking soda.
🍪 Fold through chocolate chips, add a few to the top.
🍪 Cut jumbo marshmallows in half and add to the centre. Regular size mallows are perfect too 👌🏻
🍪 Top with S’MORES sprinkles and bake for 20-25 minutes until marshmallows are toasted and edges are crispy.
🍪 Drizzle with chocolate fudge and sprinkle a few extra adorable S’mores sprinkles.
