I'm now a Pink Hero
Did you know that every day 56 people in Australia are diagnosed with breast cancer and 9 people in Australia die every day from this disease?

I've decided to shave my hair and raise funds for world-class breast cancer research to help National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) towards their vision of Zero Deaths from breast cancer.

I will be organising a fund raising event at Micks Local Bakery in Grenfell and during this time I will be shaving my head. (Details on time and date to be confirmed)

Please support me and my pledge to save lives and make a difference.

Every donation, big or small, will get me closer to reaching my goal. Together, we can stop deaths from breast cancer.

Lamingtons are like hugs for your stomach, and this month's drive for the Grenfell Ladies Hospital Auxiliary is closing fast. Order by this Friday 29th May, and have some deliciousness waiting for your family and friends coming home for the long weekend. Orders in Grenfell can be collected on Thursday 4th June and Cowra collection is Friday 5th June.

Visit the bakery in Cowra or Grenfell now to avoid missing out.

Pop in for a coffee while your out and about. This gorgeous shop is a great asset for Grenfell. Andrew and Cath are an amazing creative duo and their work speaks for itself.

This weekend in Cowra promises to be an exciting experience with many events to look forward to. With the beautiful weather, it's perfect timing to grab a coffee at our bakery, open from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm, and then head to the Cowra Markets .
There, you'll find a large amount fantastic local stalls selling all sorts of goodies. (A little birdy told me they will have about 40 stalls). You can complement your shopping with a coffee and a bite to eat at the BBQ, which serves amazing food made on our freshly baked rolls, all while supporting the local community.
If you're not in the mood for BBQ,pop into the bakery, perhaps a pie or pork and gravy roll would be more to your liking.
Finish off the afternoon by visiting the collectors fair, featuring a diverse range of displays for everyone's interest.
