Cakes by Grace Cakes by Grace is a small home run business in which I, Natalie Grace, bake and decorate cakes, cupcakes, cookies and other dainty delights.

I have been decorating cakes for many years now, however I have been picking up more business over the last few years through friends and family spreading the word of my home made baked goods. I went deaf in 2010, which was a learning curve, but received a cochlear implant about a year later. It is for this rea

First delivery of the day is now complete. I take transportation of your orders seriously. Orders are packed in sturdy boxes and then they're treated like the Princess from Princess and the Pea, and sat on many layers. First there's a foam wedge to absorb impact and keep your cakes level (car seats dip at the back), then we have a cotton mat to absorb more impact, then we have an anti slip mat to ensure the box is staying put and, finally, like any precious cargo, they're seatbelted in. This ensures everything arrives in the same condition that it left the kitchen in. Happy Saturday Cake Lovers!

Some close up stills of my pretty girls from late last week. Gluten free is rising in popularity and if you want a cake that looks and tastes like a regular sponge but is gluten free then I'm your lady. This recipe has been tweaked over the years and I'm finally thrilled with it! LOL!

I'm often asked questions about why I do what I do and how I know I'm doing what I should and it's this.......

When you're standing in the rain, on the opposite side of the street, in the wee early hours of the morning, just so a beautiful someone can pick up their order and get to work on time AND you feel blessed and joyful..... that's how you know.

I feel honoured with every order that comes my way and feel so grateful for the trust and faith my clients give me. It is a privilege to be a part of special events happening in your lives and I don't take it for granted for a moment.

Doing whatever needs to be done to get your fresh, yummy cakes to you in the easiest and most timely manner is all part of the service.

Soft pastel lilacs with hand shaped wafer butterflies. This cake was just like the birthday girl...... pretty on the inside and the outside. Pink marble sponge with American buttercream.......yum!!!!
