Last week the VISY AUTOMATION team were onsite to instal our new Visy Automation - Automac ASC Case Erector and Automac ACI-1000 Inserter.
These systems are designed to deliver positive, flexible and reliable performance, which is exactly what we need in a high-throughput fresh produce environment.

This innovative system eliminates the variability seen in traditional or manual processes, delivering uniform box quality and improved integrity — helping protect our fruit through packing, handling, and transport.

The Automac ACI-1000 Inserter automates the process of combining inner carton and outer lid. This not only reduces labour input but also significantly cuts down the length of empty box conveyors needed, creating a more streamlined and efficient packhouse layout.
