London, Babyyyyyy 🥳

We’ve survived the Parisian heat wave (only just - that was BRUTAL at Disney! 😮‍💨) and have made it to one of my favourite cities in the world.

There is soooo much to do here, but this stop is all about the theatre for me 😍 I am truly in heaven when I’m in a theatre! I have more shows planned than days here, which does not at all add up 🤣 But you bet I will try 😜

Funny story - when we first arrived we accidentally booked an uber that was too small for 5 of us with luggage and it was going to cost a fortune to cancel it, so I ended up taking public transport to get to our accommodation. This is quite comical if you know me because I do not do directions, let alone in a foreign country 😆 To my surprise, I did not get lost - but the first train station I made my way out of, I was literally standing in front of the Apollo Palace Theatre (where is) and a few steps to the left, I see Victoria Palace Theatre where my all time fave is showing. If that’s not a sign that I don’t belong here, I don’t know what is 🤣

The days have been busy so updates to stories have been few, but I will try to share more the next few days!

Bonjour, Paris! 😍🇫🇷

Our first international destination and they decided to greet us with a heat wave 🥵☀️ The European sun has been HOTTTTT and we have been sweating bullets as we’ve attempted to navigate the metro and see some sights 🫣 The number of stairsssss 😮‍💨

Jet lag has got us goooood, but that didn’t stop us from wandering the grounds minutes after arriving in Paris. Those clay courts 😮‍💨😭

The tricky thing about being so far from Australia is that you want to do as much as you can while you’re abroad, but traveling with kids means you’re at their mercy 🫣 so we didn’t get to do too much or watch as much tennis as I’d have liked, but still SO pumped that we could be there!

The kids are hoping to see the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night, so tonight’s the night 🤞🏽 It hasn’t been getting dark until 10pm or so, so it’s anyone’s guess as to whether or not we make it out 🤣🤷🏽‍♀️

Ok time for me to go and sweat some more - we’re off to see Notre Dame and find some coffee ☕️

We booked a European adventure back in 2020, but then the world stopped and sadly we didn’t make it anywhere. Fast forward 5 years and a YOLO moment later, we decided we’d pause life for 2 months and fly to the other side of the world in search of adventure and core memories.

We’re not travelers at all, so 30 hours of travel was a lotttttt 🫣

But we’re here now and can’t wait to share bits of our European adventure with you!

First stop - Paris 🇫🇷

The easiest soccer ball stamp you’ve ever used (or are about to use!) is now available on the website to purchase in both physical and STL format!

Soccer balls were the bane of my (cookie decorating) existence - until now 😂

To make the most of your postage costs, make sure you check out the rest of the range - there are general shaped cutters and teacher appreciation impression stamps. If you’ve got other shapes you need me to make, I can make and print those too, it might just take a few extra days with my current workload. I do actually have others made up, they’re just not on the website (eg hearts, arches etc).

‼️ UPCOMING CLOSURE! ‼️

In case you missed it - we are closing for 2.5 months! We are heading overseas on a worldwide adventure and as such will be unavailable to create your custom cookies.

I’ve shared a few times that I can make your cookies ahead of time, but as my diary is now full, tomorrow is the FINAL day that I will be taking any requests! All our cookies are individually heat sealed so they will be freshhhh!

The next couple of weeks will be a bit manic as we work to get all your orders out and then prepare for a much anticipated holiday. I cannot wait to show our kids part of this world and it’s all been made possible because of YOUR support. So thank you, thank you, thank you!

Birthday customs on repeat this week 😍 They’re often specifically themed, but I love when the ‘generic’ birthday cookie requests come through!

This particular week I had 2 and you bet I used the same designs with both sets (fyi bakers, you don’t have to use brand new stamps for every set you create… look after your bottom line, yeah?!).

Here’s set 1 of 2 - requested by a partner for his cookie-lover! Loved this colour scheme but especially love the ombré candles in this set 😍

Because as amazing as fresh flowers are, these edible ‘flowers’ are simply breathtaking this Mother’s Day 😍💐

The detail that Debbie has poured into this floral bouquet is second to none and as a details person myself, it absolutely does not go unnoticed! From the individual stems, to the placement of each rose petal, to the seeds, to the veins of the leaves - it’s allllll there, and the only thing you need to do is choose what colour you’d like to make it all! 😍

Pool party but make it a little bit luxe 😍 I’m a little obsessed with how this set turned out, especially the pool!

Not going to lie 🫣 it would have been a million times easier if I had just bought a (pool) stamp as my creativity with this one meant I was working for about $4.70 per hour 😂 But the satisfaction when it was done?! Priceless 😮‍💨

18 days until Easter! 😱 I’m not sure how that’s possible considering it was only Christmas last month, but here we are 😬
