Have you seen the new range of minis available in our cake cabinet? Introducing the Mini Choux (pronounced shoo). They are delicately filled, light pastries, and are available in three flavours:

- Salted Caramel: filled with vanilla Chantilly and rich salted caramel

- Hazelnut: layered with milk chocolate ganache and hazelnut praline.

- Blackcurrant: filled with blackcurrant ganache and a vibrant blackcurrant coulis.

We're nearing the end of May, which means there are only a few days left to pop in and enjoy our monthly special, the Mont Blanc.

Designed to resemble the snow-capped peak it's named after, with a gently piped dome, swirls of chestnut cream and a dusting of icing sugar.

This Mother’s Day, we’ve created a special collection made to celebrate Mum in the most delicious way!

Our Mother’s Day Tart layers smooth hazelnut, raspberry, and, chocolate, finished with a layer of silky vanilla chantilly.

Our Brunch with Mum Box brings together four limited edition pastries, crafted just for the occasion:

🌼Rhubarb & Strawberry Brioche - soft brioche filled with vibrant strawberry jam and rhubarb, topped with a delicate oat crumble.

🌼Hazelnut Pain Suisse - buttery, flaky croissant layers filled with rich hazelnut and chocolate.
