This week our Cambridge specials feature Tasmanian Pink Ling caught by our vessel Diana, and fresh from Mures’ New Zealand fishing partners and landed in Hobart within 24 hours, we have beautiful Snapper fillets also available.

Snapper is a lovely, mild to medium fish with sweet, firm flesh and low oil content. It’s perfect for pan frying, grilling, steaming, baking or even throwing on the BBQ.

Pink Ling has large meaty fillets and a mild, sweet flavour. The fillets are boneless, making it a great option for families, and lends itself well to frying, baking, poaching or even smoking.
