When I'm out and about enjoying the gorgeous summer weather, I always find I'm eating on the go - not always the most nutritious food, and certainly not enough water intake! I'm sure I'm not the only one this happens to?!
These things can really affect your milk supply, so make sure you have a few delicious lactation biccies on hand at all times to give you a boost if you're feeling a bit "flat"!
