This beauty has layers of cherries soaked in cherry liqueur as well as a cherry drizzle and white chocolate ganache finished off with dark chocolate ganache.
I had lots of fun making edible clay targets and bullets.

Half chocolate mudcake with a splash of Wild Turkey bourbon covered in dark chocolate ganache and the other half was Lotus Biscoff with a biscoff chocolate ganache.
Covered in emerald green buttercream to tie it together.

This cake contained almost 2kg of chocolate so I needed to add a custom made board to stop it from bowing and cracking on its way to Mareeba.
