Hi everyone. Recently we had a review put on our google website regarding our 1% surcharge to cover bank cost for our eftpos. As you all heard the government has outlawed this surcharge for us but they don’t do it to the banks. As of 1st of October it will come into effect not immediately. That covers bank charges which are quite high every month. Small businesses like us are finding it harder everyday with the rising costs of our products and if we were to increase our prices every week that they’re increasing for us we’d have so many complaints. Yes we have to cover our costs which is becoming harder each day. On the 1st of October we will stop the surcharge. If you can see anything that’s stated differently we will stop immediately. We appreciate your loyalty and I hope our products are still as yummy as ever. Yes we prefer cash any day. Thank you Fran and Mark. 🙏🙏

Well we got to the bottom of one transaction. Apparently the NAB Bank in their wisdom puts any business name on your transaction that you have made. The lady went to a dentist in morayfield and the bank said it was kings bakery. Now that makes sense doesn’t it. All the money they make and still can’t get it right. 😩😩😩

Can everyone please check their bank statements. So far we’ve had 2 people contact us saying they’ve got transactions from Kings bakery. One for $190 and another for $95. 90. On our investigation neither one of those amounts went into our account. These unsuspecting customers have been scammed and they were both at morayfield plaza. I don’t know if it was a transaction or money withdrawn from the NAB BANK. Both times from this bank. I don’t know why our bakery is mentioned. 😩😩😩😢. It’s giving us a bad nam. PLEASE CHECK YOUR STATEMENT. 😢😢😢😢
