Four years ago, we posted our very first bake, and Brisbane has been backing us ever since.
From early-morning croissants and coffee, to the restaurant nights that came after, thank you for being part of the Doughcraft story.

For everyone joining us, here’s the $150pp Menu Degustazione, a proper Doughcraft night, intimate, a little romantic, very us.

Seven courses created for Valentine’s Day, bringing together three exclusive dishes made just for the night, alongside a refined selection of our most loved à la carte signatures.

Expect raspberry oyster, beef tartare and passionfruit kingfish tartare, then mains like lamb ragù pappardelle, beetroot risotto with sea urchin, and grilled octopus, finishing with profiteroles.

Seven courses, with three exclusive dishes created just for the night, plus a refined selection of our most loved signatures.

$110pp Essence of Doughcraft
Six courses, the same spirit, a tighter set, all the highlights.

In Italy, you don’t put cheese on seafood.
That rule exists for a reason.

But Italian cooking has never been about blindly following rules, it’s about understanding them, then cooking for the moment you’re in.

This spaghetti with mussels comes dressed in a slow-roasted capsicum sauce, finished with just enough pecorino to round the dish, not overpower it.
