Today marks the 3rd year running that we’re celebrating the heritage of Barb, our chief baker, on Hungarian National Day.

We’ll be making goulash pie, pork crackling scones, chocolate ganache cake and sour cherry slice, in addition to all our regular offerings.

Slow cooked, pulled pork with apple, fennel, a few other flavours and spices (and a little bit of beer) with a potato top.
