And we're back!
It's been too long since I've been able dedicated the time and energy to Gex and Bo that I feel it deserves. With so many life changes over the last year, I feel it's time to dive back in and get back to what I'm passionate about.
Gex and Bo will be purely baked goods moving forward. Although I am still active with crafting, I feel that the baking deserves its own space.
My focus will continue to be on wholesome, taste-first foods and on building a menu of the classic favourites and some of the recipes I miss from home. I'm hopeful this will also give me the creative room to have some specials pop up now and again as I perfect new recipes and combinations of flavours.
Having welcomed our first and only child at the end of 2025, I've found myself far more drawn to my own childhood favourites and as it's often hard to find an equivalent in Townsville, I've found great joy in making them myself and would love to share that with others.
Posting may be a little intermittent as I get started again but more info to follow on what will be available and how to order.
I'm so grateful for those who've continued to encourage me to pursue this, particularly my partner, and my family - both my wonderful parents supporting from the UK and our amazing found family here in Townsville 💜
