Also specialising in allergy friendly baking, with gluten, dairy, egg, soy and nut free options. Little Bird Baking is a local business in Albury providing sweet treats often with a little twist. Cakes, slices, baked donuts, blondies and tarts are just some of the cakes we offer. Focusing on seasonal baking with inspiration coming from fruit that is in season. Ingredients are sourced local from my

own back yard, friends fruit trees, eggs from their chickens, producers at markets and also smaller businesses within the Albury region. After baking gluten and dairy free for 10 years now, and experimenting with vegan and sugar free treats, it's what I love doing. Mainly focusing on gluten and dairy free, but other options include soy, nut, and egg free. Our cakes are available at The Brothers Cup coffee shop which is located at 39 Union Rd Lavington. Opening hours 6.30am-11.30am Mon-Fri. We also make cakes to order for birthdays, weddings and special occasions, please contact us for further details.
