Great Southern Stays is hiring but we are not looking for a “just” cleaner. We are looking for someone pretty special to join our housekeeping team.
Yes, you’ll make beds. Yes, you’ll clean bathrooms, kitchens and floors. It won’t always be pretty but what we do goes well beyond that.
Our housekeeping team is the last set of eyes on a property before a guest walks through the door. That means noticing the fingerprint on the window, the cushion that doesn’t look quite right, the missing w**e glass, the light globe that’s blown and caring enough to do something about it.
We have standards, and we’re proud of them.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Takes genuine pride in their work
* Notices the little things without being asked
* Is reliable, organised and works well independently
* Understands that “good enough” isn’t always good enough
* Enjoys being part of a team and takes responsibility for their role
* Can work efficiently without sacrificing quality
This isn’t a job for someone simply looking to make a quick dollar between other things but if you love the satisfaction of walking out of a property knowing it looks bloody fantastic, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
