Some news, Albany!
Voilà Bakery won’t be operating for the foreseeable future because…I’m moving to France!
I’m absolutely thrilled, but also a little melancholic to be closing this chapter.
Voilà has been such a lovely experience, lots of early mornings, lots of learning, and a LOT of butter.
I’m very grateful I got to give it a go, paint that truck bright pink and create.
There is something special about that.
I’ll be doing a few little pop-ups around Albany during November, so there will be a final round of croissants and pain au chocolats before I pack up and head home.
Thank you to everyone who supported Voilà along the way. It’s meant a lot. 💛
