Our Story

My journey began in my mothers kitchen 30 years ago. I was always fascinated with sweet treats, cakes and baking. I would experiment with ingredients and recipes - sometimes it worked out - most times it didn't (lol). I have always loved working with my hands and I love the look on people's faces when I create something for them. I started baking for friends and family at first and getting a little more confident with each cake. It was on a small scale - just to build my collection of tins and tools, working on my confidence - trying out new techniques with each cake. I would have never imagined in my wildest dreams at the time that I would one day make the cakes I make today.
