Juicy Homemade Hamburger Eat or pass?🍔🔥
Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20 blend preferred)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
4 burger buns
Toppings of choice (lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, onions, etc.)
Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, etc.)
Instructions:
Prepare the patties:
In a bowl, combine ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently to avoid overworking the meat.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties slightly larger than the buns (they shrink when cooked).
Cook the patties:
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the patties for 3–4 minutes per side for medium doneness or until the desired level of doneness is reached.
Toast the buns:
While the patties cook, lightly butter the buns and toast them on the grill or skillet until golden.
Assemble the burger:
Place the cooked patty on the bottom bun.
Add your favorite toppings and condiments.
Finish with the top bun.
Serve and enjoy:
Serve hot with fries, chips, or a side salad.
