Here’s how to keep your cakes soft & yummy 👇

Block the air: cover cut parts with plastic wrap or push slices together.
Air makes cake dry, so sealing it keeps the moisture in.

Lock the moisture: Store in an airtight container or cake box.
This also stops it from picking up fridge smells.

Store right: Cream/fruit cakes go in the fridge.
Buttercream and fondant cakes can stay covered at room temp.

Serve right: Take it out 20-30min before eating.
Cold cake tastes dry. Room temp = soft and fluffy.

Save some: Wrap slices tightly in wrap + foil, then freeze.
