Our Mission
Cakeology takes pride in baking all kinds of custom-made cakes and other delicious goodies just for you. Our team operates as a family – we believe that anything is possible, and understand that we are only successful together. Our customers are our friends – people united by our shared love of good food and fun. These raving fans tell their friends about us at every opportunity. What makes us unique is that all our products are homemade, baked with love, and better than anything you will find in a store. Our Values
1. Dependability and Discipline – we do whatever it takes to meet our deadlines and deliver on our promises
2. Boldness – we challenge our comfort zones and are never afraid to try new things
3. Hygiene focussed – our equipment, utensils and work surfaces are cleaned thoroughly and constantly
4. Creativity and Quality – while we love to experiment, we will not compromise on our standards
5. Teamwork and Good Communication – we grow together, and can depend on each other only if we are 100% clear in our words and expectations
6. Respect – we understand that to respect others, we have to first respect ourselves. Our clients and colleagues alike are all treated with dignity and we recognise the uniqueness and good in everyone
7. Energetic and Fun – there is no fun without energy: we smile, we laugh and we make the most of every moment
