Ultramel Scones

Ultramel Scones Recipe

10 cups of flour
10 teaspoons of baking powder
500g of Margarine
3 large eggs optional
2 cup custard/ultramel
1 tablespoon of vannila essence
1 cups of Amasi/plain yogurt
1 cup of white Sugar
1 Tsp salt

Bowl one: In an empty bowl put Sugar, flour,baking powder,salt,cold margerine(from the fridge).
Rub them together until they resemble crumbs.

Bowl 2:In an empty bowl beat your eggs, vannila essence,custard and Amasi together. (leave small wet ingredients aside for brushing your scones ontop)
Mix Bowl 1(dry ingredients) and Bowl 2(wet ingredients until they form a dough.

On a floured surface roll the dough(ofcoz with a rolling pin).

Cut your dough using cookie cutter.
Brush your scones ontop.

In a preheated oven 200 Degrees Celsius Oven. Bake your scones for 20minutes or until they are brown.
