TIPS FOR MAKING BETTER SCONE🤤

1. Use cold butter for a better rise,or frozen. The colder the better.

2. Do not overmix

3. Once you’ve shaped your scones,chill them before baking.

4. Space the scones about one inch apart

5. Don’t over bake them.
