After many wonderful years, the time has come to say goodbye to The Mixing Bowl Cake Company.
This little business has been so much more than just baking cakes. It has been a dream, a passion and a huge part of my life for many years. Through it, I've had the privilege of being part of your birthdays, weddings, baby showers, anniversaries and so many other milestones. Knowing that something I created became part of your cherished memories has been my greatest honour.
After much soul-searching, I have decided to pursue a new direction in life. While I am excited for what the future holds, it doesn't make saying goodbye any easier.
To every single client who placed an order, recommended my business, shared my posts, trusted me with your special occasions and supported me through the years…thank you. You gave me the opportunity to do what I loved and I will forever be grateful.
The relationships I built along the way are what I'll miss the most. Many of you started as clients and became friends, your kindness, encouragement and loyalty carried me through the years.
As I close the doors to The Mixing Bowl Cake Company, I do so with a heart that is both full of gratitude and incredibly sad. This chapter may be ending, but the memories, the challenges and the love of creating something special for each of you will stay with me forever.
Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your life's biggest celebrations. It has truly been an honour.
