What a privilege to make my daughters first birthday cake. I kept it very simple with a chocolate mud cake covered in pink ganache and gold glitter sprinkled on top.

Birthday cake for my fiance. One word of advice for making a cake like this is buy the single finger kitkats. As you can see in the picture kitkats dont break very easily... lesson learnt for next time 😊
