A Heartfelt Thank You ❤️
I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank each and every person who has supported me over the years with your mug and bottle orders. It has been an absolute pleasure creating your beautiful, personalised designs and being a small part of so many special occasions and memories.
However, sometimes in life we have to recognise when something is no longer good for our well-being. After much thought and consideration, I have made the difficult decision to stop making personalised mugs and bottles.
I have always been a perfectionist when it comes to my work. Making sure every order was perfect, getting every detail right, and ensuring that each customer was completely happy became something I placed an enormous amount of pressure on myself about. Over time, I realised that this was having a negative impact on my mental well-being, and I need to make a choice that is healthier for me personally.
This decision was not made lightly, but I know it is the right decision for me at this point in my life.
To every single person who has supported my small business, placed an order, recommended me, shared my posts, or simply cheered me on along the way — thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your support has meant more to me than you will ever know.
I am incredibly grateful for the journey, the memories, and the opportunity to have created so many beautiful things for you.
With that being said, my chapter of personalised mugs and bottles has come to an end. ❤️
