I'm thinking of adding a small batch of Baguettes for weekends....still sticking to my Sourdough and Stoneground flour philosophy.....they taste even better than they look and have an amazing, crackly crust!

It's interesting how exactly the same loaf can seemingly be so different. Same batch, same weight but different expansion score.
