You might be wondering… why change something that already works?

Baked by Kudzai will always be an important part of my story. It’s where I started. It’s the name that so many of you have supported, shared, recommended and trusted.

But businesses grow, visions grow, and sometimes, the name that brought you here isn’t quite the name that takes you where you’re going.

The new identity is a reflection of the evolution of what I create, beyond being just "baked". It has become about artistry, creativity, detail, design and creating something truly memorable. While the identity may be changing, the passion, creativity, craftsmanship, attention to detail, personal touch, and, of course, the cakes, all remain the same.

So this isn’t goodbye to everything you know, it’s simply the next chapter of the same story.

"Till death do us part" is what they vowed years ago. With each passing year, they celebrate this commitment and the life they have built together. Their 2026 celebration was an iconic moment, going all out to mark this milestone, with a befitting elegant cake. Happy anniversary to A & T, may you be blessed with many more 🫶🏾

Something is changing...

For a while now, I’ve been sitting with the thought that it’s time for a change.

As the business has grown, evolved and become so much more than I initially imagined, I’ve realised that the name Baked by Kudzai no longer quite captures the vision of where I'm going. So, after lots of thought, planning and a little bit of excitement (and nerves!), we’re stepping into a new chapter.

The same hands, the same passion, the same attention to detail and the same beautiful cakes you’ve come to know and love, all under:
✨️A new name.
✨️A new look.
✨️A bigger vision.

Journey along with me through this transition, because if you’ve been here since the Baked by Kudzai days, you’re part of this story too.

Something iconic is coming ✨

Custom-designed for their special moment, they celebrated the sweetest little blossom on the way with a cake as delicate as the occasion. Soft florals and timeless elegance came together to create the perfect centrepiece for a beautiful baby shower.

Every bloom tells a story, and this one celebrates the beginning of a brand-new chapter. 🤍
