Hi everyone,
As you know, we’ve recently moved our baking setup, and with winter settling in, our sourdough is going through its usual seasonal adjustment in a new environment.
Sourdough is a living process and responds very sensitively to changes in temperature and surroundings. During this period, we’re not getting the level of consistency we expect from our loaves, so we’ll be pausing orders briefly while everything settles and stabilises.
This is a normal part of working with naturally fermented bread, and we’re taking the time needed to ensure we return at full capacity with the quality you know us for.
We’ll keep you updated and can’t wait to be baking for you again very soon- properly wild, properly sourdough, and better than ever.
