What truly makes our work so special is in the story hearing, heritage and gift to create and share these sweet moments that probably don't last forever... But stay with you and your loved ones for years to come. And the best part of it all.. It's to be part of it. ⁣

This cheese cake was made in the moment. Using home bakedand apple cinnamon for base. The dulce de leche cream cheesecake was like paying homage to the diverse heritage around us. The stories that make us and the places we yearn to go to the most... And sometimes ... Its truly home. A place /a someone where you feel seen, safe and loved. ⁣

Amazing opportunity we had recently to collaborate with Kgotso's mom to prepare a cake gift to one of fans.⁣
⁣
On research we came across an article on DJ Marshmello's jam session on a game last year for 10 minutes with the gamers. We thought that was so innovative and futuristic for gaming .⁣
⁣
So we also got playful and put in a little surpise experience for the kids in this dévil's food cake with sour cream ganache... Just for fun😜⁣

We paired it with a beautiful South African tea called Rooibos (Red Bush literal translation) to go with the lovely tea garden party conversations that spring calls for... Filled with stories of promise, of hope and a new season.⁣
