It all started with a dream to make the perfect loukoumades (small, Greek donut-like ball) and the rest is history.

Johnny began to experiment with creating the perfect automatic machine to make beautiful, delicious pastries. After years of trying he finally succeeded. That machine has been a staple of the company for over 20 years with over 1000 machines having been sold world wide!

Today Johnny has handed the business he built over to us and we remain true to his vision:
