Last Class for 2024

Our class will be on26, 27, 28 Nov 2024

*3 Day course.
*Hours: 9am to 2pm
*You receive a file with our recipes
*You get a certificate for attendance and completion for this course.
*Learn how to run a baking business from your own kitchen.
*Two tier cake you make is yours to take home.
*Become a member of our private baking group.

How it works:
Baking:
We do a demo in front of the class on how to bake a Chocolate Cake, Carrot cake and Red Velvet Cake. We then ask our students to join in assisting with the measuring and mixing.

EDIBLE FLOWERS:
Once the demo is done each student will then learn to make sugar flowers from our unique flower paste that has been specially created for our humid weather.

PREPARING CAKES FOR DECOR:
On the second day each student learns to cut, fill, smooth and cover their cakes with fondant, the third day is spent decorating your cakes with different techniques, all in all you decorate a 2 tier wedding cake, so you also learn the safe way to stack your cakes, then it's yours to take home.

The price for this course is R3750. We are having a November SPECIAL where you receive a 10% discount on your class fee. Total R3375
We require a deposit of R1000, (non-refundable deposit) to secure your seat, which is a non-refundable deposit, should you cancel your booking, you will forfeit your deposit.
The balance is payable on or before the first day of class.

You will be added to our very own private baking group on Whatsapp.

You don't have to bring anything to class, you will receive a file with our proven recipes and it's yours to take home.
