Hello Loma’s
Banana Muffins recipe. Very good alternative to store bought. Hand crafted is The Best. Done with Love❤️

2 Ripened Bananas
60g Brown Sugar

2 Cups Cake Wheat Flour
1 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 Tasblespoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Baking Soda

1 Cup Milk
120g Canola OIL
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence

Method

Step 1: mash your bananas and add sugar
Step 2: mix your wet ingredients and egg and mix then add to step 1
Step 3: mix your dry ingredients together and the add to step 2
Step 3: Fold your butter
Step 4: add onto your buttered muffin pan
Step 5: Bake on 180 degree Celsius for about 25 minutes

Then enjoy with your family and friends

Don’t forget to bake with your little once. They enjoy this a lot.
