products and are not mass produced. Every bread loaf, roll and meal is prepared from scratch and because good food takes time to make, you may have to wait a while - but we
promise it is worth it – so enjoy some chill out time, have a drink and your food will be served shortly. When we bake we don't use artificial premixes. Every mix of dough uses the highest quality natural raw materials. We do this because we want to be sure of what is being mixed and
to be certain that the end product is consistent. We don’t use preservatives or any artificial additives. So eat our bread and rolls fresh because they will grow mould. Essentially

We are specifically famous for our range of rye bread. We have clients that travel quite a distance to get their order of 100% pure rye bread. We also offer 80%, caraway rye and rolls. Speciality Breads and Cakes
We take orders for cakes for special occasions such as birthdays, christenings or any other event. We also bake speciality cakes and breads for many communities at different times of the year such as Easter and Christmas. We regularly supply other catering and coffee shops with our bakery products and they have won awards and accolades – for instance, our hot cross bun was indirectly voted as the
“best hot cross bun” by Jenny Crwys-Williams. We also supply many schools in Johannesburg with rolls etc on a regular basis.
