As this bread has a low gluten content, rye flour is us

ed with white flour. In this bread the rye flour is not pronounced, although the loaf is dense and dark and made i nthe traditional baton shape.

A basic yeast bread which slices well and is full of sunflower seeds, linseeds and poppyseeds.
