100% natural Ry flour is used, having no preservatives or additives, producing a wheat-free, gluten-free, yeast-free deliscious bread

A soft, malt-coloured loaf, subtly flacoured with caraway, and made in the tradtional baton shape

As this bread has a low gluten content, rye flour is us
ed with white flour. In this bread the rye flour is not pronounced, although the loaf is dense and dark and made i nthe traditional baton shape.
