Volgens die POPIA Wet wat more 1 Julie 2021 in werking tree, is ek verplig om 2 vrae aan elke persoon op die groep te vra:
Wil jy deel wees van die groep?
Onderneem jy om nie die persoonlike inligting van die lede sigbaar elders te gebruik nie?
Indien jy "Ja" kan antwoord, bly asb op die groep. Jy hoef nie 'n antwoord te stuur nie
Indien jy NEE antwoord, verlaat asb die groep vir almal se veiligheid.
Ek glo almal verstaan en sal ons in hierdie verband help.
Indien jy nie bewus is van hierdie wet nie, gaan google dit asb en vergewig jouself daarvan.
