Here in SOUTH AFRICA it's even worse. You can't talk about service, because there is none. No matter where you go. Restaurants, Cafés, Supermarkt. Most Even with chevinggum in mouth. If one mentions it to them, that it's wrong there emediately have a attetude and one gets ignored. Bottomline is this. Management doesn't train there staff what customer service is all about and are only interested in the bottom line. PERIOD.
