This just goes to show that, although baking is a science, measuring flour by cups is clearly subjective. I mean, how is it possible that one person gets 16 cups from the same 2.5 kg flour brand, while another gets 20 -21 cups? 🙌

1 cup cornflour flour
1-2 Cups granulated white sugar
1 cup toasted dessicated coconut (optional)
Amasi
Vanilla Custard (Optional)
8 Medium eggs
500g Baking powder
Smallanyana bottle of Vanilla essence.
X3 500g margarine.
